The range which is claimed by showroom is not perfect i experienced it. I'm getting a range of 78km/charge in Eco Mode.The application provided is like hell. Never buy that subscription. Waste of money for application. They should improve more for customer satisfaction. Don't forget keys in Under seat storage the sensor doesn't work there .

The bike is having a lot of problems. brake pads worst, mc kit problem. Many times the bike does not go beyond the speed of 15-20 kms, then it gets stuck in the traffic. Problems occur very often. Would not recommend at all. Please don't go for this bike. Waste of your worthy money. Many times there is a burning smell while switching on and the bike does not start.

Worst service of bajaj chetak electric, after the first service the mileage come down to 60kms instead of 90kms complaining to the dealer it went on deaf ears, registered a complaint on the web portal, and the complaint was closed without resolving the problem spoken on toll-free of customer care only assurance received, no support or revert received, at 450 kms the chetak electric is dead and it's unheard to the company since last 60 days Complaint on Facebook, twitter, and web portal is on deaf ears and blind eyes.

I was riding this bike, continuously and daily...The ride started with 100% charging and ride ended to 0%...Get mileage 97kms.. Without any problem.... Tough roads and soft roads...In a rally.. Chetak electric yatra..Most wonderful looks... No sound issue... Pick up very quickly..And the suspension is very active..

This is a very good scooter and looks great with a metal body and fast charge only 3 hours and the scooter are taking triple sit and there is no problem with the performance of the scooter there are charging points in front dicky and vehicle portable charger at the front dicky and boot space of the scooter is very well.

Scooter is good. But pathetic after-sales service. If any problem arises with the scooter, don't even think of a quick solution. No service center number picks up the phone. If you drop your scooter to the service center, they won't return it for a 1-month minimum. Won't care to call you to update you. My scooter had to start battery failure. It was under warranty. But they take very long to replace under warranty. Ask you to buy a new battery instead of asking for a warranty replacement. Many bajaj chetak electric scooters have this problem.

Pros. -less costly for city rideCons- low speed-need to increase speed limit comparatively to another vehicle, high maintenance charge, ridiculous after-sale service from company side. If you are mailing them they are not replying to anyone. The company should take the initiative to avail extra motors and batteries at the distribution point because a warranty claim on battery takes a 20 to 25 days.

The buying experience was good.Smooth riding.Cool look and smooth performance.A hero so everywhere we can get servicing and maintenance trustable brand.Just looking for city purposes and avoid petrol consumption so the bike is given those added value.It's a very lightweight bike and easy to use for women also. We are using some time for heavy load also but it's giving the same performance.

Very bad experience. Body parts are like a dummy bike. After purchasing 3 months more body parts are damaged. After purchasing 1 month's break shoe are broken. Service is also poor. I recommend to all plz don't buy hero optima cx you can buy tvs or honda. Totally bad.

I purchased the hero optima two-wheeler 10 months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The vehicle has failed multiple times, and I've had to take it in for service six times within this short period. What's worse is that the company's response has been nothing short of appalling. They don't pick up the phone, and when I've visited the service center, the staff have been rude and unhelpful.To make matters worse, the vehicle has been with the company for servicing for three months out of the ten, which is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better service from a reputed brand like hero, but my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment.I urge other potential buyers to be cautious before purchasing the hero optima, as my experience has been one of constant frustration and disappointment. I hope the company takes note of this review and improves its service standards for the benefit of its customers.

This is the best bike I've ever seen in my life. I like this bike because this bike has b1/b2 option when the bike's battery is down we can use the second battery. And it has good mileage. And also I like it's color and I also like its meter board. It also has 48 kmph. And it has the key we have in our cars. It can also charge a mobile in the bike I love this bike.

Within 6 months 5 times went to repair. Now it's a repair center with battery complaints. Before that each complaint. Before that mudguard broke without falling the vehicle. Before that display and indicator were not functioning. Battery charge indication is always wrong. I feel cheated buying this product.
