Hello, if you are thinking of buying okaya faast f2b then you are really wasting your money and time. I bought this ebike on February 2023. The company quotes that the bike will give a mileage of around 80kms per charge but it gives 20kms which is useless. In these 3 months I have complained several times to the service center and they agreed that it is the fault of the battery which they will replace. So far the battery has not been changed despite several visits. I have been stranded many times along the way and beg the nearest shops to provide me with a socket for charging. It is very embarrassing for me to do so. I have thrown this vehicle to the outlet from where I purchased it expecting that they will not fix the problem. I recommend you to think twice before buying this vehicle. The service is pathetic.

Good vehicle, with a good buying experience, the lighting is good, the looks are very good, looking like a premium product, the battery life is good, and it's a purely made-in-India vehicle, the most trusted brand for the past 30 yrs .most important thing is its Indian brand .some cons are there battery position is placed in downside, we have to take care while driving on dig dag roads.
