The scooter keeps running into repeated battery trouble, and getting it fixed takes forever. On top of that, the service team even tried pushing a paid battery replacement while it was still under warranty. Overall the after-service support has been very disappointing.

Genuinely one of the worst scooters I've owned. The battery performance is unreliable, the suspension isn't great, and I couldn't get any response from the showroom or the call centre when I needed help. Would not recommend buying this.
